Refund Policy

Digital Goods — No Refunds

Due to the nature of our products being non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (audio files delivered electronically), all sales are final once the digital files have been delivered or made available for download.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on completed orders. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers in the European Union normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

By completing your purchase through our checkout (powered by Paddle), you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital files are made available to you.

Exceptions

While all sales are generally final, we will review refund requests in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same product, we will refund the duplicate transaction(s).
• Delivery failure: If a technical error on our end prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased files and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.
• Unauthorized purchase: If a transaction was made without authorization from the account holder, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.

To request a refund under any of the above exceptions, please contact us at contact@teezyjunk.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order details and a description of the issue.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the termination of your license(s) and restriction from future purchases.
